We want to make the delivery process as simple as possible for you.

Divine Decor Furniture provides a variety of delivery options, including Outdoor Drop-Off, Indoor Drop-Off, Room of Choice, White Glove, Pick-Up and Online Orders.

Local Delivery Services

  • Delivery Charges vary by mileage.
  • The day before your delivery we will call you to remind you of the delivery, we will usually give a four-hour window.
  • Delivery drop-off means that the delivery team will bring the furniture in your home and drop it off in the box. Drop off does NOT include assembly.
  • Delivery Set up means that the delivery team will take everything out of the box and set it up in the room for you.
    • You must have the room ready to accommodate your new furniture. Please have the room cleared in the area where you intend for your new furniture to be.
      • We cannot install anything on the walls or ceiling, nor can we install electronic equipment into entertainment units.
    • If you live in an apartment and you are unavailable, we will meet the apartment manager for entrance (providing you have made prior arrangements with the manager and with our delivery department).
    • It is important that someone is there to sign for the receipt of the merchandise. If you miss your delivery appointment for any reason, there will be another delivery trip charge.

    Outdoor Drop-Off

    Nationwide: $299 | TX: $99 | * MD, VA, and DC: $99

    Delivery at the exterior entrance of your residence or building on the ground floor. Please note:

    • No Assembly: Items arrive in factory packaging and may require assembly.
    • Signature Required: Someone 18 years or older must sign at delivery.
    • Report Damage: Call 832-938-0050 within 24 hours for any hidden damage.
    • Your Task: Move items to your room of choice, assemble them, and discard packaging.
    • The delivery fee of products shipped from TX is $299.

     

    Indoor Drop-Off

    Fee: $99, Range: TX*

    Delivery inside the front door of your home. Please note:

    • No Assembly: Items arrive in factory packaging and may require assembly.
    • Signature Required: Someone 18 years or older must sign at delivery.
    • Report Damage: Call 832-938-0050
    • within 24 hours for any hidden damage.
    • Your Task: Move items to your room of choice, assemble them, and discard packaging.
    • Texas (Houston, Austin, DFW, and San Antonio areas)

     

    Room of Choice

    Fee: $129, Range: TX*

    We’ll bring your delivery to any room you choose. Please note:

    • No Assembly: Items arrive in factory packaging and may require assembly.
    • Signature Required: Someone 18 years or older must sign at delivery.
    • Report Damage: Call 832-938-0050
    • within 24 hours for any hidden damage.
    • Your Task: Open, assemble, and discard packaging.
    • Texas (Houston, Austin, DFW, and San Antonio areas)

     

    White Glove

    Fee: $199, Range: TX*

    Experience our premium service. Please note:

    • Room of Choice: Delivery to your chosen room.
    • Real-Time Updates: Get email and text notifications.
    • Signature Required: Someone 18 years or older must sign at delivery.
    • Professional Setup: We unpack, assemble, and place your furniture.
    • Inspection: We inspect, clean, and fix minor issues.
    • Feature Demo: We’ll show you how to use your new furniture.
    • Packaging Removal: We take away all packaging for recycling.
    • Texas (Houston, Austin, DFW, and San Antonio areas)

     

    Pick-Up

    Choose to pick up your order directly from our warehouses free of charge and enjoy the convenience of collecting your furniture at your schedule.

    Unable to pick it up? We offer delivery services in your area for a fee.
